 *$25 cleaning fee assessed if only staying one night.

*WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS 

If you decide to leave early during your stay, you will be charged for the days you stay, plus and extra day for early cancellation.

*Registered renters are responsible for their guests. 

*Guests use all facilities at their own risk. 

*All cabins, the main office, and the game room are NO SMOKING.

*Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

 *Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No excessively loud music or conversations outside of your cabins please be considerate of our other guests. 

 *You must camp only in those places specifically provided or marked.  

We operate with septic systems. Barriers / ropes are there for a purpose. if you drive on septic ccausing damage you will be charged accordingly.  

*If RV unit is connected to the sewer system sewer gaskets must be used. 

*All vehicles, RV’s, and trailers must be parked at your RV site or driveway.

No parking on empty sites. We allow per site: 1RV, 1 vehicle. 

Additional storage is available next door (boat, trailer or golf cart, details in the office)

*PROHIBITED: 

Window air conditioners, free standing satellite dishes, clothes lines. 

 *We have limited pet friendly cabins. Ask for details. 

*Pet owners are required to keep their pet leashed while outside of cabins/RVs.

*Pets are not to be left unattended in Bass World cabins without a proper pet crate / cage.

*Pet owners are required to pick up after their pets and properly dispose of all pet droppings in trash receptacles.

*Any pet that is off leash, noisy, dangerous, intimidating or destructive will not be allowed to remain on the premises.

*Absolutely no outdoor kennels, runs or leash tether lines.

*ALL pets must have proof of current vaccines and flea/tick treatment. 

 *Campfires:   Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times of the year by local authorities. 

*Fires only allowed in designated areas and fires may only be built in fire rings, grills, or fireplaces provided for that purpose. Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control.

* Fireworks: Use of fireworks or other explosives is prohibited.

*All of our cabins are NO SMOKING

*Cabins have designated parking zones, please do not  park in other cabins spaces or empty RV sites.

*Upon check out we ask that you strip all sheets from the beds and leave in the main hallway, leave wet towels and washcloths in the sink. Please empty the refrigerator and wipe it out, as well as wiping down the counter tops. 

*$25 cleaning fee assessed if only staying one night. 

*Renters and their guests are responsible for the clean up of all of their own trash upon check out, please help us keep the river beautiful and place all trash in the cans provided outside your cabin or in the main dumpster. 

Check out time is 11 AM, if you need more time, please see us in the office, to avoid a late check out penalty.
