 *$25 cleaning fee if only staying one night.

*WE DO NOT REFUND DUE TO WEATHER CONDITIONS 

If you decide to leave early during your stay, you will be charged for the days you stay, plus and extra day for early cancellation.

*Registered renters are responsible for their guests. 

*Guests use of any and  all facilities are at their own risk. 

*No Smoking  in any cabins, main office, or the game room.

*Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

 *Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am. No excessively loud music or conversations outside of your cabins please be considerate of our other guests. 

We operate with septic systems. 

Barriers / ropes are there for a purpose. 

If you drive on septic causing damage you will

 be charged accordingly.  

*RV unit connected to the septic system must use sewer gaskets.

*All vehicles, RV’s, and trailers must be parked at your assigned RV site or driveway only.

No parking on empty sites. 

We allow 

1 RV or Trailer per site and one other vehicle.

Additional storage is available next door 

(boat, trailer or golf cart, details in the office)

*PROHIBITED items: 

Free standing satellite dishes, clothes lines. 

 Pet Policies 

*We have limited pet friendly cabins.

      Call  for details, Deposits, etc.

"Day price"   

$10.00   per pet,  per day. 

"Weekly Cabin  - Pet fee "             

$  70.00 one pet    (2nd pet + $20.00)    

"Monthly Cabin - Pet fee" 

$155.00 one pet    (2nd pet + $20.00

Partial Camp Pet Rules....... 

Pets cannot be left unattended in cabins, 

unless Pet is in a closed cage .

All pets must be on a leash,  less than 6 feet.

Owner will pick up after pets, bag and dispose in dumpster;   Fail to pick up $5.00 charge.

No pit Bulls or any pet over 45 pounds.

No kennels; Run lines; leash anchors.

Any disruptive, loud  pets; You will be asked to leave, no refunds.  

Pet waste bags for sale in the office  

 *Campfires:   Obey any restrictions on fires. Fires may be  prohibited at certain times of the year by local authorities. 

*Fires only allowed in designated areas and fires may only be built in fire rings, grills, or firepit provided for that purpose. Be sure your fire is completely extinguished before leaving. Do not leave your fire unattended. You are responsible for keeping fires under control and below two feet.

* Fireworks: Use of fireworks or other explosives is prohibited.

*All of our cabins are NO SMOKING

 Please  park beside your cabin.

*Upon check out we ask that you Please empty the refrigerator or let us know if any food being left we may donate. we appreciate you wiping down the counter tops. Wash kitchen utensils to avoid drawing bugs. 

*$25 cleaning fee assessed if only staying one night. 

We ask our guests to remove their own trash  please help us keep the river beautiful. 

Please place trash in the cans provided outside your cabin or in the main dumpster.  Thank you.

Check out time is 11 AM, if you need more time, please see us in the office, to avoid a late check out penalty.
