Reservations and Check in/out policy

Reservations require a $25.00 deposit to a credit  card to hold a reservation.

Cancel Six days prior to your scheduled event, lose only the deposit.

Cancellation  fee;  

Less than six day  notice  will be billed  deposit and 20% of the total  time scheduled. No notice will bill be charges 100% of schedule.

Please contact us 3 days in advance to your arrival or departure to request an early check in or late check out.  An additional fee may apply (based on availability).

Check in:  Normal Check in time is after 1 pm,  Upon check in please let us know if there is anything we can do to enhance your stay. Cabins are fully equipped . If there are special needs  or questions with your cabin please let us know ASAP so we can  accommodate.

Check out:   Check out is 11 am.  On check out we ask that you  Please  wipe down the counter tops. Wash kitchen items  (dishes, pans,silverware) to avoid attracting bugs. 

We appreciate you taking inside trash to the trash cans out front of your cabin.  

Remember your device chargers.  Turn lights out and lock the door.

You may bring the key  to the office or leave on table.   Thank you.

*$25 cleaning fee assessed if only staying one night.

 If you decide to leave early during your stay, you will be charged for the days you stay, plus an extra day for early cancellation.
